Nathan Outlaw will be at Port Eliot Festival in July!

Boasting 2 Michelin stars, Restaurant Nathan Outlaw at the St Enedoc Hotel in Rock is currently in the Top 5 of the Good Food Guide’s 2012 ‘Top 50 Restaurants in the UK’, alongside the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and Raymond Blanc. Nathan regularly appears on television and radio, and his first book Nathan Outlaw’s British Seafood was published in May.

He initially came to Cornwall to work with Rick Stein at The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, an experience which ignited his passion for fish cookery. He’s a proud resident of Cornwall, constantly striving to create dishes that reflect the quality of the region’s produce. We look forward to seeing him work his magic in Port Eliot’s Big Kitchen this summer.
