Shane Osborn
Shane Osborn, co-owner and head chef since 1999, became the first Australian to attain Michelin status, and remains the only Australian two Michelin star chef. One of London's most innovative chefs, his flair for creating original dishes with intriguing combinations of flavours that complement each other perfectly is extraordinary. His book, 'Starters', shares some of that magic. His enviable CV has seen him working as Sous Chef to Tom Aikens, with Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing opening L'Oranger and helping win a Michelin star and as Junior Sous Chef at The Square, a two star Michelin restaurant before joining Pied a Terre in 1999.
