Nathan Outlaw
Nathan Outlaw has been working in restaurant kitchens since the age of 14, along the way learning from such great chefs as Gary Rhodes, Eric Chavot, Rick Stein and John Campbell.
Restaurant Nathan Outlaw opened in Fowey, Cornwall, in 2007, and for three years was judged best restaurant in Cornwall. In 2009, Restaurant Nathan Outlaw moved to the St Enodoc Hotel in Rock, where he also opened a second, less formal restaurant, the Seafood `Bar and Grill.
Nathan appears regularly on BBC2's Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen. This is his first book.
