Matt Walls

Award-winning taster and avid wine writer Matt Walls started his career at St Martin Vintners, a small independent wine merchant in Brighton. After a number of years with Bollinger Champagne as Fine Wines Manager, he set up, managed and helped buy the wines for the flagship store of The Sampler, a groundbreaking modern wine merchant in London.

He holds the WSET Diploma for which he was awarded the Moet et Chandon Scholarship, and is a judge for both the International Wine Challenge and the International Wine & Spirit Competition.
