Lesley Waters

Lesley Waters is one of the best-known television chefs and teacher-cooks in Britain. She was the head teacher at the prestigious Leith's School of Food and Wine in London, before becoming a star of TV cooking on the BBC and the Taste channel.

She has presented Can't Cook Won't Cook and has been a guest contributor on Food & Drink and Saturday Kitchen. She now regularly presents Ready Steady Cook and has her own TV series, Flavours from Abroad, and has written a number of cookery books.
